If you are a property investor or developer looking to explore the potential of providing much-needed disability accommodation in Australia, we are able to provide a high-level introduction to SDA, develop overall portfolio strategies, and conduct site-specific feasibility studies, and provide end-to-end consulting on property registration (in partnership with your choice of architect) and service provider recommendations. Wrightwood is also a registered SDA provider that may be interested in taking a head-lease on your project as appropriate.
